Each department sees what it owns, works in parallel, and moves the deal on only when its gate is met. This page shows how the planned workflow is designed to work. Today's prototype covers reading the contract and preparing the deal pack for staff to check. Stages 2–5 are in development. Scroll to drive a deal through.
Sales admin, stock control
The contract of sale arrives by upload (email intake is planned) and becomes a deal card. SyncZero reads buyer, vehicle and trade-in details.
Signed order on file and an estimated delivery date set.
Sales consultant, sales admin, customer
The checklist for the deal type is set, forms are filled and the pack is generated. Planned: the customer gets a portal link to upload their documents and e-sign.
Deal pack generated and signed order on file.
Business Manager, Sales Manager
Deposit, finance path and Business Manager checks. Planned: the deferred-sales-model date is tracked for the Business Manager to confirm, and stalled external finance is escalated.
Finance path cleared.
Workshop, PDI, aftermarket, rego
Workshop checklist, aftermarket fitment orders and pre-delivery inspection run in parallel with registration or transfer preparation.
Workshop and PDI checklist tasks complete.
Sales consultant, delivery, rego
Pre-delivery pack finalised, customer handover booked, registration lodgement handled by the rego team.
Contract signed, Authority to Register (new or demo) or transfer (used) signed, PDI complete. Delivery is then confirmed in the system.
The moment a contract is signed, stock, F&I, aftermarket and the workshop get their tasks at the same time. Nobody waits for a folder to reach their desk.
